Are you insured? Yes we carry full liability insurance specific to the pet industry. Copies will be shown to you at our free initial consultation. Will you still walk my dog in the rain? Yes we will. As long as you are happy for us to we will walk your dog in rain, hail or shine. We do suggest in the event it looks like rain on walk day that you leave out an old towel that we can use to make sure your dog is dried off when we return from our walk |

What if it’s very hot?
In the event of extreme heat we will generally not take your dog out for a walk. However, we will spend that time with your dog at home ensuring they have had some companionship for the day
Do you walk more than one dog at a time?
Yes we do. This is frequently known as ‘pack walking’ and we do this as a way of socialising your dog. These pack walks are usually held at the local park and have a maximum of 4 dogs at any time (usually there is 2 at a time). Including your dog in a pack walk is only done after you have given your consent and we matched your dog with at least one other dog in your area.
What other animals do you look after?
Pretty much we will care for any animals from horses to rats and anything in between. Our staff members have a full range of pets between them, so what one doesn’t know the other is sure to and we always work as a team.
Do I need to leave a key with you?
No, as long as we have access to the area your pets are in and access to fresh water you do not need to give us a key
However, if a key is required to perform the service you can choose to leave it somewhere around your home or provide us with a copy. If you do provide us with a key. We will take you through our security processes to ensure your homes safety at our free initial consultation.
What happens in an emergency?
At our free initial consultation we compile a full pet profile on each of your animals and also your home if required. This will include all relevant information pertaining to your pet and home to make sure we have everything we need in the event of an emergency.
If something were to happen to your pet whilst in our care or we had any concerns about your homes security, we would follow the protocol in your and your pets file to make sure we were adhering completely to your wishes. If we are unable to contact you, or your emergency contacts for any reason we would undertake to provide the best possible care and attention with the aim of providing the most positive outcome.
